Effective 1 September 2026. Doublebirr uses layered controls to protect accounts, task records, and payout operations.

Account protection#

Authentication safeguards, protected sessions, access controls, input validation, dependency maintenance, and restricted administrative privileges reduce unauthorized access. Platform-staff access is limited to operational needs such as completion review and support.

Data protection#

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Credentials and provider secrets are protected from ordinary application access. We use monitoring, backups, and recovery practices proportionate to the service. Stripe Connect handles sensitive payout onboarding through its systems.

Monitoring and response#

We monitor service health, sign-in activity, and operational failures. Suspected incidents are triaged, contained, investigated, and recovered from. We notify affected users when required. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Protect your account#

Use unique credentials, enable available authentication safeguards, verify payout changes, keep recovery channels current, and sign out on shared devices. Doublebirr will not ask for your password, one-time code, or full bank credentials by email.

Report a vulnerability#

Send reproducible details to hello@doublebirr.com before public disclosure. Do not access unrelated data, disrupt service, use social engineering, or retain personal information while testing.
