Effective 1 September 2026. Doublebirr is committed to making doublebirr.com usable by people with disabilities and targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Our approach#
We build with semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, sufficient contrast, clear errors, adaptable layouts, and reduced-motion preferences. Accessibility is considered in shared components, feature review, and maintenance.
Supported use#
The service is designed for current major browsers and common assistive technologies. Results can vary by device, extensions, settings, and third-party content. Reddit, Stripe, and linked services control the accessibility of their own experiences.
Known limitations#
Some complex task views, payout onboarding steps, exported files, or older interfaces may not yet provide an equivalent experience in every mode. We prioritize blockers affecting authentication, task claims, proof submission, wallet access, and support.
Request assistance#
If a feature is difficult to use, email hello@doublebirr.com. Include the page, intended task, browser or assistive technology, and the issue. We can provide information in an alternative format or help with an essential workflow.
Feedback and response#
We review accessibility reports, confirm reproducible issues, assess severity, and communicate a practical next step. Accessibility work is continuous; this statement describes our current target, not a claim that every page is free of defects.
