Effective 1 September 2026. This policy explains how Doublebirr handles information when you use doublebirr.com and participate in disclosed Reddit work.
Information we collect#
We collect account and contact details, Reddit identity and public profile information, task claims, submitted permalinks and proof, review decisions, support messages, referrals, wallet records, and Stripe Connect identifiers. We also process device, IP, sign-in, and request logs for security and reliability.
How we use information#
We use data to operate the marketplace, match and verify disclosed work, protect accounts, calculate earnings, provide support, prevent abuse, and satisfy payment and legal obligations. You post from your own Reddit account with the required disclosure. Platform staff—not advertisers—review completion evidence.
Payments and providers#
We share necessary information with hosting, authentication, communications, security, and payment providers. Stripe Connect processes onboarding and cash-out. Your wallet is maintained in Birr, while Stripe may apply supported currency conversion and its displayed exchange rate and fees at cash-out.
Public and shared information#
Reddit posts, comments, usernames, and permalinks are public under Reddit's settings and rules. Campaign operators receive only information needed to administer tasks, compliance, and payment; advertisers do not get direct completion-review access through Doublebirr.
Retention and protection#
We retain records while needed for accounts, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal or accounting duties. We use encryption in transit, access controls, protected credentials, monitoring, and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact#
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to verification and records we must retain. You can disconnect payment onboarding or close your account, although pending reviews and payment obligations may continue. Contact hello@doublebirr.com.
